- When checking in, the Guest renting a room must present Reception staff with a photo ID confirming the Guest’s identity. If the Guest refuses to present the document, making check-in impossible, the Receptionist must refuse to issue the room key.
- The Guest personally enters their first and last name and signs the registration card. At the Guest’s request, the Receptionist must enter the remaining registration details from the identity document.
- Commencing a stay at the hotel constitutes the Guest’s acceptance of these regulations.
- Hotel rooms are rented by the day. The hotel day runs from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day.
- If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
- A request to extend the stay beyond the period specified on arrival should be reported by the Guest at Reception by 10:00 on the day the room rental period expires. The hotel will accommodate extension requests subject to availability.
- Remaining in the room or leaving belongings there after 11.00 on the check-out day is treated as an extension of the stay.
- Unregistered persons may stay in a hotel room from 7.00 to 20.00, provided this is reported to Reception in advance.
- The presence of unregistered persons in the Guest’s hotel room after 20.00 constitutes the renting Guest’s consent to charging for accommodating those persons in the room.
- The Guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which the applicable fee was paid has not expired.
- Quiet hours apply at the hotel from 22.00 to 6.00 the following morning.
- The conduct of Guests and persons using hotel services must not disturb the peaceful stay of other persons at the Hotel. The Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to anyone who violates this rule.
- The Guest is financially liable for damage to or destruction of the hotel’s furnishings and technical equipment caused by the Guest or their visitors.
- For fire safety reasons, the use in hotel rooms and other areas of heaters and other electrical devices not forming part of the equipment of those areas is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual, television and computer equipment.
- For fire safety reasons, the use of open flames in any form is prohibited in hotel rooms and other areas.
- Throughout their stay, children under 13 must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. Legal guardians are responsible for children’s conduct, including any damage caused.
- Whenever leaving the room, the Guest should check that the door is locked.
- Smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including in hotel rooms. Breaching the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in a hotel room constitutes the renting Guest’s consent to cover deodorisation costs of 300 zł.
- Unjustified activation of the fire alarm entails a fee of 1000 zł.
- The Hotel’s liability for loss of or damage to items brought into the hotel by the Guest is governed by Articles 846–849 of the Civil Code. The Hotel’s liability is limited if the items are not deposited with Reception. The Hotel may refuse to accept money, securities or valuable items for safekeeping, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a safety risk, are disproportionately valuable in relation to the hotel’s size or standard, or take up too much space.
- The Hotel provides services in accordance with its standard. If the Guest has any reservations regarding service quality, they are requested to report them immediately to Reception, allowing the Hotel to respond.
- Personal belongings left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent at the Guest’s expense to the address indicated by them. If no such instruction is received, the Hotel will store the items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or for public use.
- In the event of a breach of these regulations, the Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person responsible. That person must immediately comply with the hotel staff’s requests, settle payment for services already provided, and pay for any damage or destruction caused.
- The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, seriously breached the hotel regulations by damaging hotel or Guest property, or otherwise disrupting the hotel’s operation.
- If the Guest’s conduct violates the regulations and results in complaints or claims by other persons registered at the Hotel, the Guest may be charged the costs of satisfying those claims.
- The Hotel may charge the Guest’s payment card, whose details it has received, for services or goods purchased at the Hotel and not paid for by the Guest. The Guest consents to this by signing the registration card. In such a case, the Guest authorises the Hotel to collect the amount due from the payment card whose details were provided, in accordance with the applicable price list.
