What are sauna rituals?
Sauna rituals are a magical experience that combines sauna sessions with a Sauna Master (we can be proud of our cooperation with exceptional specialists in their field!). During the ceremony, they fan guests with fans or towels so the heated temperature reaches the participants’ bodies even more effectively. Everything is accompanied by a theme and well-matched music, which is an essential element of every session. To enhance the experience even further, the Sauna Master pours warmed sauna stones with oils or plum brandy. This increases the humidity in the sauna and the perceived temperature. Sauna rituals are also a great form of health prevention—supporting the respiratory and circulatory systems and contributing to the release of beta-endorphins, the “happiness hormones” :)
Sauna rituals end with a serving of frozen fruit.
