Information about personal data

1. The data controller of Guest's personal data is CS Poland Centrum Sport sp. z o.o., ul. Wyzwolenia 40, 43-438 Brenna NIP 548-23-86-198 called the “Hotel.
2. The Guest’s personal data is processed based on the contract for hotel services concluded between the Guest and the Hotel. The purpose of the data processing is to provide hotel or similar services requested by the Guest. Furthermore, the Guest’s personal data may be processed via video surveillance used in the Hotel. The purpose of video surveillance is to protect the Guest and others present on the Hotel premises or nearby.
3. The Hotel informs that providing personal data is a contractual and legal requirement (for documenting sales to the Guest with a VAT invoice). Failure to provide personal data prevents concluding a contract with the Hotel and issuing a VAT invoice.
4. The Hotel informs that every Guest has the right to access, correct, and update their personal data. Every Guest also has the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to have personal data deleted when legal grounds permit.
5. The Hotel informs that the Guest’s personal data will be stored for the entire duration of the hotel service, as well as for the statute of limitations period for any claims, including tax and civil claims. Personal data processed by video surveillance will be stored for 30 days, unless special circumstances (e.g., an accident) require longer retention, including during possible legal proceedings.
6. The Hotel informs that Guest’s personal data may be shared with these recipients:

4. IT companies providing support and managing the Hotel’s IT infrastructure,
5. Courier and postal companies,
6. Travel agencies.

7. The Hotel advises Guests have the right to file complaints with the data protection supervisory authority.
8. When booking accommodation via a travel agency or booking portal, the categories of Guest personal data provided to the Hotel may include, in particular, name, stay dates, email address, and phone number. Information on the exact source of the Guest’s personal data can be obtained at Reception.
