NIEbanalnie also means artisan ice cream - homemade on a milk base, featuring original flavor combinations and high quality. Carefully selected ingredients and recipes ensure every taste delights. In summer, we offer true sorbets, milk-free, made from fresh fruit. Ice cream is served with spatulas, Italian style, allowing scooping without water contact. We offer plain ice cream in a cone or ready cups with fruits, nuts, sauces, and hot raspberries. We also provide homemade baked goods and desserts created by us. Everything crafted by our pastry chef is a delight for the palate.

Exquisite coffee

NIEbanalnie Café & Pub serves Brasil Moka Crema Bar coffee. It’s a blend of 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta beans. Arabica beans come from Brazil and Central America, while Robusta beans are selected Asian varieties. Our coffee stands out not only for its taste but also stunning appearance. Our trained staff can prepare excellent espresso as well as milk-based coffee drinks.

If you’re unsure how to enrich a wedding or special event, our sweet tables are ideal. The sweet table is a new trend that here combines modernity with tradition. Our offer includes cupcakes, cake pops, muffins, cheesecakes, and small nut-shaped cookies. Both the appearance and contents of each sweet table are tailored to the client’s individual preferences.
