The price of the stay includes access to the pool and sauna complex which consists of:

- an outdoor pool (open during the summer season),

Since December 2021, we have launched two new attractions for our guests in the Wellness area:

Outdoor barrel with hydromassage overlooking the forests and mountains - temperature 36°C.

The entire pool and sauna complex is free for hotel guests

In our Hotel, you can also take advantage of a wide range of massages and body and face treatments offered by Idylla Beauty & Spa.

- The hotel and restaurant do not offer elimination diets

- Breakfasts and dinners are served buffet-style with a minimum of 15 people

- Packages and special prices are not subject to additional discounts.

- The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the package program due to reasons beyond the Hotel's control.

- In accordance with the resolution of the Brenna Community Council, we collect a local fee from individuals staying longer than a day for tourism, leisure, or training purposes in the amount of: 2.00 PLN (daily rate).

Terms of cancellation

Rezerwacja może być bez kosztowo anulowana w terminie do 14 dni przed przyjazdem. Dla rezygnacji do 7 dni przed rozpoczęciem rezerwacji zwrot wynosi 50% . W takim przypadku wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w terminie 7 dni od zgłoszenia anulowania rezerwacji. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa za 50 % wartości rezerwacji. W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagane jest podanie danych karty kredytowej lub dokonanie przedpłaty za 40% wartości rezerwacji za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online.
